The Novell® ZENworks® Mobile Management user application provides iOS users with essential access to organizational applications, files, and security configurations, supporting consistent device management. By connecting to a designated ZENworks Mobile Management server managed by the IT department, it facilitates the maintenance of device settings aligned with corporate policies, including:

• Automated implementation of security protocols
• Enforcement of iOS restrictions as specified by IT administrators
• Centralized access to both App Store and enterprise-approved applications
• Assignment of redemption codes for streamlined deployment of App Store applications within the organization
• Efficient sharing of common files across iOS devices
• Control over access to corporate resources based on network conditions and software compliance

To enroll your device once the server is available:

1. Download and install the ZENworks Mobile Management user application.
2. Initiate enrollment by entering your username, password, ActiveSync domain, and ZENworks server address (contact your IT department for this information if needed).
3. Security policies set by your IT administrator will be automatically applied.
4. If configured, your ActiveSync mailbox will be created within the iOS Mail app.
5. Access organization-approved applications and files through the Files and Apps sections within the application interface.
